My Process

As your divorce coach, we will walk down your path together and get you through the rough spots by:

PREPARING YOU FOR THE CHALLENGE

You are in unfamiliar territory. While you may hire attorneys, mediators or collaborative lawyers, it is important that you educate yourself so you can actively participate in planning your future.

PUTTING YOU IN CONTROL

The three main areas for decisions during divorce are Parenting Issues, Property Division and Cash Flow. Coaching begins by providing you with the techniques, tools and approaches that will help you cope with the emotional rollercoaster of divorce and help you to avoid the feeling of overwhelm. We will build your personal strength so that you can deal with negative emotions more effectively, enabling you to think clearly, heal and make these decisions, as they are yours to make.

DEMYSTIFYING YOUR JOURNEY

Wherever you are in this journey of divorce, I have professional resources to assist you. This is essential for ensuring that you feel supported and have expert advice whenever you need it.

EMPOWERING YOU

The drama of divorce can cause you to focus all of your time and energy getting “emotional justice” from a legal system that strictly adheres to laws and precedents. I can provide you with tools, strategies and techniques that will help you to navigate your divorce with confidence and emotional control.

REDISCOVERING THE BEST YOU

Together, we will uncover the real you and bring back your “best self”. We will find what motivates you in life as a single person.

TAKING ACTION TOGETHER

We will define and detail an action plan that will inspire you to continually move forward towards a future that you are excited and happy to live.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

My coaching is available in many forms that can meet your needs.

The best are face-to-face sessions. It’s the fastest way for me to get to know you, and understand how to serve you best. However, because of time considerations or geography (I have overseas clients), we can arrange sessions that use Skype or Apple’s Facetime. Of course, we can also do phone sessions.

As part of my unique service, I offer on-going support off-hours to ensure that you have a comfortable and successful transition to your new life during and after divorce.

So. What are you waiting for? Click here and reach out to me, so I can help you survive and even thrive through this arduous journey.
